Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with the store, we may collect:

• Your name and email address — provided at checkout, through the contact form, or when you subscribe to our newsletter.
• Your shipping address — collected through Square when you complete checkout so your order can be delivered.
• Order information — the items you purchased, quantities, amounts paid, order number, order status and tracking details.
• Account information — your email address and sign-in credentials if you choose to create an account.
• Your phone number — only if you provide it when contacting customer care.
• Messages you send us — including order enquiries, return requests and any detail you choose to include.
• Device and usage information — such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, collected in standard server and security logs by our hosting platform.
• Browser storage — your cart contents, and your cookie/privacy preference choice, saved in your own browser.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect or store card numbers, security codes or bank account details. Payment details are entered directly with our payment processor, Square.

The store currently runs no advertising pixels and no third-party analytics trackers, so we do not build advertising profiles of you.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information such as government identifiers, health records or dates of birth.

How we use your information

We use the information described above to:

• Process, pack and ship your order and provide delivery updates.
• Send order confirmations, shipping confirmations and refund notices.
• Answer your questions and provide customer care, including returns and exchanges.
• Detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
• Keep accounting, tax and order records as required by law.
• Understand how the store is used so we can improve it (aggregate, non-identifying records from hosting logs).
• Send marketing emails about launches and offers — only where you have opted in.

Payments

Payments are processed by Square. When you check out, Square collects and handles your payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation that payment succeeded, the amount, and a payment reference — we do not receive your full card number.

Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the store, and only as needed for that purpose:

• Square — payment processing and checkout.
• Shipping carriers — name, address and order contents, so your parcel can be delivered.
• Our platform and hosting provider — stores the site, database and files on our behalf.
• Email delivery services — to send transactional and (with consent) marketing email.
• Professional advisers and authorities — where required by law, or to establish or defend legal claims.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Cookies and browser storage

Marketing communications

You can subscribe to our newsletter by giving clear consent, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option. Order confirmations, shipping updates and refund notices are transactional and are sent regardless of marketing preferences.

Data retention

Order and transaction records are kept as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle returns and refunds, and meet accounting, tax and legal record-keeping obligations. Customer service messages are kept while a query is open and for a reasonable period afterwards. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices and rights

You can update your account details, change your cookie preferences using the link in our footer, and unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

You can also ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@0520online.com. We will verify the request — usually by confirming the email address and order number involved — before acting on it.

Privacy rights differ by state and country. Where the law gives you a specific right, we will honour it; where it does not, we will still consider reasonable requests.

How we protect information

The site is served over HTTPS. Card details never reach our servers because payment is handled by Square. Access to customer order data is restricted to authorised administrators of the store, and payment credentials are not displayed in the admin dashboard.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the store changes. The current version is always published here with its "last updated" date.
