Products, descriptions and availability

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including ingredients, materials, sizes and usage notes. Product photography is styled for presentation; shades, finishes and packaging may vary slightly from screen to screen.

All products are subject to availability. Items marked as preorder or backorder are purchased in advance and ship when stock arrives. We reserve the right to correct errors in product information.

Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at checkout at the time you complete your purchase.

Some products are listed as "Price Available at Launch" before pricing is published. Those items cannot be purchased until a price is shown.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel and refund the affected order rather than fulfil it, and we will contact you first.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once payment is authorised and we send your order confirmation email. Each order receives an order number you can use with our order lookup tool.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example where stock is unavailable, an address cannot be verified, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel, any payment taken is refunded.

Payment

Payments are processed by Square through Square Online Checkout. Card details are entered on Square’s secure checkout, not on 0520online.com, and 0520 Online does not store card numbers or security codes.

Your payment is authorised when you complete checkout. We receive confirmation and a payment reference, not your full card details.

Shipping and delivery

International orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing and other factors outside our control.

Promotional codes and offers

Promotional codes are single-use per order unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined unless we say so, and have no cash value. Expiry dates and minimum order requirements are shown with the offer.

We may withdraw or amend an offer at any time before an order is placed. Discounts are always shown as a separate line at checkout before payment.

Intellectual property

The 0520 name and marks, our logo and brand graphics, product photography, product descriptions, website copy, layout, icons and downloadable materials are owned by or licensed to 0520 Online and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without written permission.

Third-party names and marks that appear on the site (for example links to our sister business) remain the property of their owners. We do not claim ownership of materials we do not own.
